Different aspects of a person are considered when designing a session for a client, including, but not limited to: previous medical history, state of mind, lower body and upper body functionality, breathing pattern, balance, strength and flexibility, body awareness and physical disabilities.

During my Yoga classes I usually have a message from my spiritual guides, a message that brings hope, faith, wisdom, empowerment and healing to someone in the room. The message can also be a healing that should be done at the moment, or a practice that is recommended for the person to do; such as a slight change in diet, lifestyle, or to expand more on an area that brings joy and fulfillment in the person's life.
I now combine this gift in my private practice. Of course, you always have the option to say "Yes!" to this healing guidance or stick to only the practice of Yoga and/or Meditation & Mindfulness.

Final relaxation is longer than usual, providing the time to bring messages from my spiritual guides. 80 min
