Spiritual Coaching

In my Journey I discovered a beautiful gift that brought hope, faith, growth and a light to my life and those of others.

During my Yoga classes I usually have a message from my spiritual guides, a message that brings hope, faith, wisdom, empowerment and healing to someone in the room. The message can also be a healing that should be done at the moment, or a practice that is recommended for the person to do; such as a slight change in diet, lifestyle, or to expand more on an area that brings joy and fulfillment in the person's life.

I now combine this gift in my private practice. Of course, you always have the option to say "Yes!" to this healing guidance or stick to only the practice of Yoga and/or Meditation & Mindfulness.

If you find yourself with a sense of wanting to know more about life, intuition and self discovery, send me an email. I coach people to develop their spirituality, to cultivate a practice and increase meaning in life.
